North Adams Sales Roundup: 18 Transfers Recorded, Few Prices Disclosed
The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 18 North Adams property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, 2026, but only two disclosed a sale price: $50,000 and $293,910, for a median of $171,955. The period's top disclosed sale was 13 East Quincy St, which sold for $293,910 on July 24 to Greylock Federal Credit Union from sellers Steven and Stacey Jarnagin. Five addresses, including Harding Avenue, West Shaft Road, Gallup Street, Cherry Street and East Quincy Street, each generated two recorded entries. With price data missing from 16 of 18 transfers, the records offer limited insight into overall market tone for the period.
