North Adams property records show $395,000 spread between highest and lowest sale in late July

The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 17 property transfers for North Adams between July 10 and August 8. Of those, six listed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $435,000, with a median of $87,000. The top transaction was 82 Cherry St., which sold for $435,000 to trustees Carlos Lluch and Elizabeth Ann Lluch. Eleven of the 17 filings involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer or seller, and several addresses, including 505 Barbour St. and 447 Notch Rd., generated multiple related filings rather than separate sales. Most records did not disclose a price.
