North Adams deed filings show wide price split in late-summer sales

North Adams recorded 15 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Eight listed a sale price, ranging from $12,187 to $457,500, with a median of $101,750; the other seven did not disclose a price. The period's top sale was 101 Harris St. at $457,500, sold by James L. Esoldi Jr. and Janice L. Esoldi to Sandra M. Mayo, trustee. Several other disclosed sales named a bank or credit union, rather than an individual, as the buyer, and two properties had companion filings recorded the same day as their listed sale. The available data does not support a broader read on market pace.
