North Adams recorded 14 property deeds from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only six carried a sale price in current registry data, ranging from $25,000 to $436,000 with a median of $105,403. The month's top transaction was 462 Notch Rd., which sold for $436,000, with sellers Megan and Troy Peery transferring the property to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Four of the six priced sales listed a bank or credit union as buyer. The remaining eight deeds, including properties on State, Church, Marion, Jackson and Franklin streets, have not yet posted a recorded price, which is typical for recent filings.
